Warranty and Refunds

1-year Warranty

  • DOES cover aspects related to production on all leashes and leads: stitching and clips. We may request photos and a description of the damage before replacing the item. We may offer solutions (such as those provided in our Care & Maintenance video) before choosing to replace the product.
  • This warranty DOES NOT at any time include tears in the leash webbing, such as those that can occur by chewing (don't leave leashes unattended with dogs known to chew) or daily usage.


  • You have 6 weeks from the date of purchase to receive a full refund on products that are returned in "like new" condition.
  • All shipping costs (including those related to the original purchase) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the return is received, we will inspect the products and determine if they are in refundable condition.
  • Once the order is received and determined to be in refundable condition, we will reverse payment through the original payment form. If your original form of payment is no longer viable (ie, you no longer have the same credit card), we cannot refund your order.
